Clifford Tughan As a law graduate of Queen’ University, Belfast, Clifford was apprenticed at Hewitt & Gilpin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1976.

Clifford has broad experience of non-contentious private client work. He has been involved over the years mainly in conveyancing, drafting of wills and administration of estates.
