Philip Gilpin graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 1992 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. He became a Partner in Hewitt & Gilpin in 1999.
Philip has broad experience of all aspects of civil litigation for both corporate and private clients. His expertise includes matters relating to breach of contract; contentious probate; chancery matters; competition law; insolvency; judicial review and employment.
Philip is a mediator accredited by the Law Society of Northern Ireland. He is also a member of the Law Society’s Remuneration Committee.
