Employment

Hewitt & Gilpin are active in the field of employment law. We have considerable experience in appearing at the Industrial Tribunal and, where appropriate, the High Court on behalf of both employers and employees. Our commercial practice also means that we have substantial experience in dealing with transfer of undertakings or ‘TUPE’ Regulations – a prerequisite in handling mergers and acquisitions work as well as dealing with claims arising from industrial accidents. Our team of Employment Solicitors therefore work closely with our Business Services team so that we can provide our clients with a composite service.
